Fractional COO engagements typically range from $4,000 to $6,000 per month with a six-month minimum. I hold a maximum of two COO clients at a time, because this is hands-on operational leadership, not advice from a distance. When both seats are filled, new applications join the waitlist and are reviewed in order as a seat opens. Final scope and investment are confirmed after your application and fit call.
